This Introduction Meeting took the chance of Euro-Asia Economy Forum which attracted worldwide attention, and made a strong push of introduction to the Daming Palace Relic Site Region Preservation and Reconstruction. Following “Qujiang Forum---International Proseminar for the Daming Palace National Relic Site Park Construction and the International Academic Proseminar for declaration combination of the world cultural heritage for the Silk Road” held on 26th of Oct. to 31st of Oct., all circles of society and merchants from China and foreign countries collected their gazes on the Daming Palace again.

    In the light of the arrangement made by Xi’an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, in October of this year, the National Culture Industry Demonstration Zone --- The Qujiang New District completely participated in the Daming Palace Relic Site Region Preservation and Reconstruction Project. The Preservation and Reconstruction Project will keep to following five basic fundamentals to open up: Great Relic Site Preservation and utilization shall be combined with improvement of residential environment and enhancement of people’s living standards; Great Relic Site Preservation and utilization shall be combined with the activities of declaration for world cultural heritage; Government domination shall be combined with market operation; Efficient preservation of culture resources shall be combined with reasonable utilization and promotion of national spirit shall be combined with boosting culture and tourism industry development.
