    The most persuasive argumentation was that there were two sets of flash-news related to Xi’an Qujiang New District among ten sets of flash-news in Shaanxi Province in 2007, one was “Xi’an Qujiang New District was nominated as National level of Culture Industry Demonstration Zone” and another was “Daming Palace Reconstruction”.

    Above mentioned tow big events in Xi’an Qujiang New District not only had an important meaning in Shaanxi Province, but also sufficiently left an impressive page in such full of changing and innovating Chinese history in 2007.

    Writer learnt that Qujiang New District will completely strive for “Intensive Encounters” of important projects, such as Qujiang Pool Relic Site Park, Tang City Wall Relic Site Park, Zhenguan Culture Plaza of Great Tang Ever-bright City, Daming Palace National Relic Site Park, Famen Temple Scenery Area Construction and Louguantai Tao Culture Area Construction etc.

    “Guarantee from rest and no guarantee for rest”

    For legion working people in Qujiang New District, the Spring Festival of 2008 should be one hundred percent good time for “Rehabilitation”.

    In Qujiang New District, there was a joke saying to describe their work --- “Guarantee from rest on Saturday and no guarantee for rest on Sunday”. Therefore, most working people talked about was “to have a good rest” concerning their arrangement for the Spring Festival.
