Those new constructions and enlarged constructions which have not been examined and approved especially by Xi’an City People’s Government after 22nd of Nov. 2007 in the Daming Palace Relic Site area will not be compensated definitely when they are dismantled and removed later. Up to now, related sections specially assign people every day to go on a tour for inspection, and the violated construction found shall be dismantled immediately by force.
